Between September 21st and 24th, we are organizing a hybrid yoga and Vipassana retreat. The first two days will be filled with intensive yoga practices and mini excursions in nature to recharge your energy, while the last two days will be dedicated to a silent meditation retreat for renewal. Throughout the retreat, you will align your body, heart, and mind through love-themed yoga, meditation, breathwork, and relaxation practices. Moreover, the techniques you’ll learn will become your best companions for maintaining physical and mental well-being in your daily life. During the initial days of the retreat, you’ll immerse yourself in the beauty of Adrasan’s unique nature and beaches, and in the final days, you’ll find peace in the depths of your own heart.

Highlights of the Retreat
The first 2 days feature intensive yoga, while the last 2 days are dedicated to a complete silent meditation retreat.

The term “Love” used here is expressed as “metta” in Pali and “maitri” in Sanskrit. These concepts encompass not only emotional love but also include tolerance, kindness, and goodwill. Metta and maitri express deep compassion and kindness towards all beings.

The hybrid yoga and Vipassana retreat, taking place at Onuncu Köy Hotel, will be held in a quiet and natural environment surrounded by greenery and close to the sea. All activities will be conducted comfortably with balcony rooms, air-conditioned spaces, and delicious meals prepared with carefully selected ingredients.

About the Practices

No prior experience in yoga or meditation is required to participate in this retreat. Both beginners and experienced students will be guided according to their levels.

During the first two days, you can choose to swim at the beach, relax in the hotel’s garden, or continue your yoga and meditation practice in a specially designated silent area during free times. If a sufficient number is reached, we can assist in organizing a boat trip to Sulu Island.

On the second day, you will immerse yourself in an intensive meditation retreat with the theme of love (Metta). We will work in the form of sitting and walking meditations, alternating the meditation cycles. During the retreat, silence will be observed until the intention is broken (except for interviews and emergencies). You will be asked to keep electronic devices such as phones and computers closed in your room until the end of the retreat. Throughout the retreat, you will have interview time with Ergin to discuss your practice as much as you wish.

You will love the silent meditation retreat. Don’t be afraid of long meditations; we will assist you. Additionally, you can perform any challenging exercises sitting or lying down.

Accommodation

Onuncu Köy Hotel, which has been hosting us for many years, is a place surrounded by greenery, close to the sea, quiet, and in harmony with nature. It provides all the facilities for our practices and comfortable accommodation. All rooms have balconies, air conditioning, and private bathrooms. It has a fantastic studio for all our activities. The delicious meals are made from carefully selected local products.

Don’t hesitate to join alone. We will arrange a roommate for you to adapt with.

Transportation

You can reach the terminal from Antalya Airport using Havaş buses. From the terminal, you can take Kumluca minibuses

departing every 15 minutes and tell them you want to get off at the Adrasan intersection. After getting off at the Adrasan intersection, you can reach the hotel by using a yellow taxi.

We will assist participants in coordinating their communication for sharing transfers to allow them to book flights at similar times. You can reach us at the phone number 0538 059 11 77 to join the private group transfer.

Room Options and Pricing

Accommodation options are available for 1, 2, and 3 people. All rooms have balconies, air conditioning, and private bathrooms.

Included in the Fee: Accommodation, breakfast, lunch, and dinner (vegetarian menu), all yoga, breath, and meditation practices throughout the retreat, travel health insurance.
Not Included: Transportation, boat trip, and all extras.

To get the most out of the retreat, we will strictly follow a vegetarian diet and avoid mind-altering substances such as alcohol. All services at the hotel will be in line with this throughout the camp.
